I am verry thankfull for them. They are doing amazing job. I know I am not a easy costumer but their response time is great. They are doing the best that they can and I can feel that by their presence in my tickets that I have with them. Also if you have some trouble, they are ready to listen and they act acordingly. Played with bonus money. In the middle of an auto spin, game credited me with $50 (later found that was the max amount you could win with free spins) and deleted the original balance (over $460). When I tried to withdraw the 59, first try was rejected but second try was successful. That was 6 days ago and still haven’t seen my payout. Numerous emails to support were never answered!
